Refund & Return Policy

At Joseon Living, we strive to deliver premium Korean kitchenware and tableware you’ll love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, any kitchenware or tableware that has come into contact with food or liquid cannot be returned once opened.
  • Final sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return.

Note: Due to international logistics from our partner warehouses in China, returns may not be accepted for certain items. In such cases, refund options will be provided instead.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@joseonliving.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
  3. Please do not ship products back without approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved by our supplier.
  • Refunds are issued via PayPal or the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If a return is not possible due to international restrictions, a partial refund or replacement may be offered instead.

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item or variation, please place a new order after your refund has been completed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@joseonliving.com and include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Our support team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Additional Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or shipments sent directly to the supplier without approval will not be accepted.
  • International shipping conditions and customs processes may affect processing times.
  • For any questions, email support@joseonliving.com — we aim to reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
