How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly from our trusted partner warehouses in Asia.
Average delivery times:

- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please email support@joseonliving.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Due to international logistics, returns from outside our primary logistics regions (U.S. and EU) are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the parcel is in international transit. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please reach out to support@joseonliving.com
